    Default AWT Accuprint press

Have any of you guys used an AWT Accuprint semi-auto? I've seen a couple come up for sale recently. I know most people really dig on the M&R Saturn, but I never seem to see those used or refurbished up here in New England.

    Squee3 has one.

    AWT...

    All Wrecked Threads?

they are a more modern style than cameo w/more adjustments. I would say if it is decent shape with a clean table and most of its knobs and doesn't make weird noises or shake and rattle...it might be OK.

I don't think the presses are so bad, I hear it's more the people you will end up dealing with...

Yes I have one and would take a M&R Saturn over one any day. There are some small advantages that a Accuprint has mostly that it is capable of printing on thicker substrates than a Saturn but the parts department at AWT-GPI is slow and terrible at fulfilling orders. It's a crap shoot if they are going to send you the right part (even with giving them their own parts numbers).
