    Hello all,
I'm sending some PNG files of product we sell local. They are asking for 72 Resolution, 32 bit PNG files.
The operating system I use is window XP 32 bit. Now there are saying they need 32 bit Depth. I have no idea what there talking about. Anybody?

I found that option but, now that I have the file in 32 bit it won't let me save the files as a PNg file in 32 bit

While it's in 32 bit the only saving options I have are:

    PSD
    PSB
    Open EXR
    Portable Bit Map
    Radiance
    TIFF

Are they using a special program or something? What is the end use of these files? As you can see 32 bits/channel isn't widely supported (most filters in PS don't even work in it.

They are using them as very very small images to arrange different beer (brands) packages/layouts to show cutomers/store to try and get them to reset the beers coolers/doors. We of course try to get them to take more of our products and less of the competitors beers. The images I have are product/packages of beers we sell more local. these image s are going to the Budweiser corporate offices.

Are these images supposed to be masked out? You can have an alpha channel + RGB which gives you 32-bits...

I assume 32 bit may mean for them a PNG on a transparent background (24 bit for color + 8 for transparency mask), you may obtain that trough the save for web option in PS, saving from a design over a transparent layer.
