    I saw an episode of CBS Sunday Morning and they showed a warehouse full of stuff waiting to be picked up by people that left the stuff on the subways in Japan. ROOMS of umbrellas, seriously. Wallets with money are always turned in, no one says "finders keepers" like here in the states. It was comforting knowing there was a culture out there that respected each other enough to turn stuff in.
