    Watched episode 1 last night. It's pretty good.

    And the press kit is sort of awesome.

    I got the impression most of the outside stuff was completely digital.... ? A lot of it was freakishly clean looking

    Right after they had a making-of episode. The sets are real - and they're not just facades. Pretty insane, and yeah I'd be interested to know the cost as well. Awesome set and costume design.

    Really?! Thought I read last week that a large part of it was digital, the only way they would be able to afford to do it for tv. Maybe that's just the distant shots of Atlantic City.
