I have seen so much chopper-culture stuff popping up on the kids nowadays...there is a very small asian kid who comes into the store every other week or so. He is always wearing OCChopper gear, or Long Beach Chopper gear...got his iron cross rag hangin out the back pocket....
but the kid is probably 5'2" about 98lbs with his boots on... he would KILL himself if he ever got on anything with more muscle than a moped...

me myself-I am too much of a pussy to get on a motorcycle.

it's true, the popularity is from all the new shows on television. i can't see them staying on the air as often for much longer.

you gotta admit there's just something about taking a sheet of 18 gauge steel and beating the fuck out of it 'till its a gas tank, or a fender.

not everyone can do it, it's kinda like all the art and work that goes into these posters. i've already got some really good ideas for fab'n gussets from this site as well as kozik's bad ass shovelhead chop (LOVE that fuckin paint)

thats sad about the black flag show. i never saw black flag but i saw fugazi, snfu, tsol, 7 seconds, and the like in the 80's. it was all about the energy. people came a long way to be at those shows and it felt like finally the walls were down. sort of a beautiful violence. you would never hear it on the radio. maybe college radio late at night. good times...

    For Black Flag? Apparently.

But the spirit of 'punk' is reinvented all over the place in whatever experimental music is happening in local scenes. I've known some pretty 'punk' people who play unbelieveably fucked up music to basically entertain eachother. I'm not saying its just like 1981, but for those who weren't there, what they're doing now isn't any less genuine.

If anybody wants to read a good book about early 80's punk, check out "Our Band Could be Your Life" by Michael Azerrad. Th Black Flag material is great.

Is the diaper full, or do you return a full diaper for a discount?
