Come to the big "Geek Rock" show on May 29th at Lenny's Bar in Atlanta. Featuring Kochis, The Warm Fuzzies, and El Scorcho ( A tribute to Weezer). Show starts at 9pm. $8.
El Scorcho has been described as "an experience that rivals seeing Weezer play live." They typically perform such hits as Buddy Holly, Hash Pipe, Undone - The Sweater Song, Beverly Hills, Pork and Beans, as well as deeper cuts and rarities.
The Warm Fuzzies' songs have been described as "equal parts old-school Weezer and Weezer-offshoot, The Rentals." And finally, Kochis has been described as "Weezer meets Green Day."

An old highschool buddy of mine plays in a band that covers the Blue Album in it's entirety. I keep trying to get them to come to Chi.
