Just got back from ATP.

Had an absolutely great time, Jesus Lizard fucking RULED, their first show especially, Yow is still the madman fer sure - Sleep were relentlessly crushingly brutal (picked up one of those sweet astronaut shirts from Non poster art thread), all sorts of good shit, Electric wizard, Grails, Harvey Milk, Health... the list goes on, all in a Butlins holiday camp, pretty wierd seeing Matt Pike just standing around chilling out near a big statue of the Bob the builder but there it was.

Best weekend in years.

Twas rad. Sleep were insane-o, in fact pretty much everyone i saw was great. Wish i knew you were there, i bumped into Mike and sank a few pints, we coulda had a wee GP meet up.

damn, i wish i had got my arse into gear, i wanted to go to that. great line up. was at the nightmare before christmas 08 and it was so cool. ATP is amazing.

i've been going for years now and last years NBC was actually one of the weakest i've been to, believe it or not. still amazing, though. it's pretty depressing having to go back to work afterwards and noone having a clue what i'm talking about....
