went to see THE DETOURS last year in Long Beach with a bunch of friends. They were the first band Rikk Agnew and Casey Royer did before D.I. Most of the early D.I. songs were actually Detours songs they had written in 1977. They were fucking great when i saw them... apparently Rikk Agnew still jams with them but couldn't make it that night.
