Space 1026 has a show up at the ICA (118 s. 36th street)... and im am completely serious that it is the most incredible thing i have ever seen. The ICA space is enourmous, 30 foot ceilings, 3 huge gallery spaces.... The sheer amount of work that is present at the 1026 show is just astonishing, i have never seen so much work crammed into one space but have it be sooo enthralling. There are show posters, silkscreened posters in general, paintings, installations... you name it... there are site specific paintings that climb the 30 foot walls... its, i cant even describe it, incredible.... i went to the opening last night and am going back again today and wednesday, as, seriously one walk through just wasnt enough....

if you dont know about 1026, i think its comparable to Fort Thunder but a bit more organized.

    anyway heres the ICA link
