i went to see the misfits with sick of it all and h20 in like 97. well, the show was at the rave in milwaukee and upstairs at the eagles ballroom Bob Dylan was playing. the shows both were supposed to start at 8 or 9. well - mr dylan insisted that the show downstairs be put on hold until his entire show was done. so we were left waiting until 11 or 12 before h20 even came on. waiting threee fucking hours without a single chair in the place and i dont think the bar was even open - i was broke anyways. a nightmare.

once sick of it all took the stage they destroyed the place - i forgot all about it and had a blast and SOIA kept apologizing to everyone for "the old fuck upstairs that made us all wait". the misfits then rocked as well.

so in closing - dylan is not exactly a premadonna is suppose, but a cocksucker none the less.

A similar complaint I have is the venues that have disco on saturdays and book early shows that start at 7 and rush the bands though kick them off the stage at 9:30 to prep the club for the disco. Avalon in Boston comes to mind.
