I don't think that I could describe bonnaroo in any way that could do it justice.

You just described it perfectly.



I'll never forget "Watermelon Man". My friend & I heard this dull metallic "tink, tink, tink" sound, and turned around to see a skinny kid coming thru the crowd with a smaller & skinnier kid on his shoulders. The kid on top was wearing a helmet that covered everything down to his mouth, made out of a hollowed-out watermelon rind with 2 asymmetrical holes cut out for the eyes. He was tapping on a metal soup pot with a metal spoon, and saying, "Watermelon Man. Watermelon Man. My daddy was a drunk. My mommy didn't care. Watermelon Man."
