Call me a heavy metal hippie then, 'cause I love that environment. It's completely free-spirited with very little security, and yet there is rarely any belligerent trouble. If it's because of the drugs, then maybe everyone worldwide should start taking them.

I'm thinking some wooden pallets to keep stock off the ground will be a good idea this time around.

and i will destroy anyone who tries to shack up in my tent uninvited. that was weird.

The experience of Wolfmother and Clutch in the woods is going to be nothing short of majestic.

The final morning, I was packing some stuff up and when I heard someone scream "STOP! THIEF" and I peaked around my tent just in time to see some dude burst out of the relix tent follwed by a woman screaming. He was tackeled and pummeled pretty well and I flagged down a cop on a horse. There was a lot of yelling and cursing and punches.

    It was like watching COPS!

so, i may have a hook-up for tickets to bonaroo and since i have never been to a multi-day fest like this i am wondering what to expect. is the parking close to the camping? is staying at a hotel nearby even worth it? any info is appreciated.

i thought about going for the music since i dont make posters, but the tickets are too expensive.

i'd show up with a huge bottle of gold bond powder.

You camp at your car, fuck a hotel...you will see lots of exciting stuff if you stay on site! If you have anymore questions just PM me...I work for AC entertainment who puts on the festival along with Superfly. Its truely an awesome festival and I would reccomend it to anyone who likes to see great music, can handle a good time , and can tolerate a shit ton of people. I've been every year!
