Noise Pop 2003 - San Francisco

I just got home from the first day of noise pop here in san francisco...
There are a lot of great shows...I just saw Stephen Malkmus of Pavement..he rocked out...killer show...and then heard that Cat Power is playing a surprise gig to 80 people at this small club, the hemlock...so I run over there but it is sold out...bummer...I plan to go see the dirtbombs, and the von bondies...lots of garage rock on thursday...I hope I hear of other small shows...anyone know?
