St. Paul/Minneapolis and Chicago peeps.
My band is playing a little mid western tour with Below the Sound from Albequerque New Mexico (GREAT fucking band!!!). We're heading into some heavy GP stomping grounds, and I'd like to invite you folks to come out! It would be great to meet some of you in person, and of course it would be awesome as hell to see the folks we've already met again (hey Lon, and Letta)!
We're going to be at Big V's in St Paul (1567 University Ave West) on Thursday, April 6th. We'll probably be the first or second band on, with "The Men Who Control the Weather" playing last. The show starts around 9pm, and is $4.00. We're going to be at The No Exit Cafe in Chicago (6970 N. Glenwood Ave) on Friday, April 7th. Again, we'll be the first or second band on with "Bear Claw" (who are REALLY fucking good!!!) playing last. The show starts early at 7pm, and I don't know if there is a cover charge because they aren't very good at emailing me back. Check out the bands and see what you think. Post here if you think you can make it. We'll see which GP city knows how to party harder.
