Default MARKY RAMONE & RAMONESMANIA Show in Caracas, Venezuela!

    Hi everybody!

i'm a graphic designer from Caracas, Venezuela. i really like the Ramones and the PUnk Rock Music, but in this country is very hard to see any kind of international artists, so is an amazing event when it comes some rock bands from outside this town, everybody is happy and go to see them.

Marky Ramone is on tour and his band made a gig here, in Caracas. the show was AWESOME and i want to tell all of you how important this event was for me. the people who brought them called me to make a poster of the show, so i did it with all my Ramones Spirit i can have. i know this is a incredible site where we can find A LOT OF INCREDIBLE GRAPHIC PIECES, and the poster i made for the gig is not an incredible Picasso, but i really love it. the people love it and i hope you love it too.

well, this is my review of the show, hope you like it, you can find the same review in ramones.com

    Hi Everybody!

when i heard Marky Ramone was coming to Venezuela , it was the best day in my life. one of the Living Ramones was coming to my country, and i knew that was gonna be the best show.

i'm a graphic designer. i was the guy who designed the tickets and the poster for the show. that made me very, very happy. here in Venezuela there's no Poster Culture, but i printed 100 of them just to spread the word of the gig and hoping get an autograph from Marky in the poster i made for him. you can see it in

i can inform you guys that the show was AWESOME. we never saw the Ramones in this country, so it was a very incredible ocassion the see some of their music live. Marky and the band played a lot of stuff that Ramones did not played at regular shows, so it was amazing to hear Marky playing songs like "Danny Says" or "I Love you".

the setlist was full of good Songs...i don't remenber the exact order, and maybe i forget a lot, but they played

    Havanna Affair (CJ on Vocals)
I Don't Care (with dedication to Joey)
    Blitzkrieg Bop
    Something to Believe In
    I wanna be Sedated
    Sheena is a punk Rocker
    Pet Sematary
    R.A.M.O.N.E.S.
    Rockaway Beach
    I Love You
    Danny Says
    53rd & 3rd
    Rock 'N' Roll High School
    Chinese Rocks
I Just Want To Have Something To Do
    Teenage Lobotomy

i really liked this show. as a very huge Ramones Fan, it was very important to be there so see one of the Ramones playing in Venezuela. as many of you must know, in this country there's no good shows often, so the fans were absolutely shocked with the band, dancing and singing along with Mickey. Marky announced every song and said that he was very happy to be here in Venezuela.

the band was incredible, CJ and Aaron rocked that night, and Mickey (Joey's Brother) sang i a really really joey's style. he played the guitar and it was very fun!

well, that's it by now. in a few days i'll be posting some pics and more stuff of the Venezuela Show, plus the fabulous history of how my brother and i went to the hotel where the band was slepping and waited for Them since 4am, until 120pm when they went to breakfast!!!. i want to thank Marky Ramone to come here and give us one of the best shows in our whole life. for us is very important to let you know that we are very happy for your visit. you and the Ramones in fact are very important here. please come back.

the Best SHow.....Thanks to CJ, Aaron, Mickey and Marky. we hope you guys to come back soon.

(excuse my poor english to everyone! hhehe)
