Brand New @ Liberty Hall Lawrence KS

This show was awesome, I got to do the poster for it through Brand New. It was my first silk screened poster. I ran into a LOT of prolbems printing it, but they were really thrilled to get it, and they loved it. They were really awesome in person, and we got to go hang out with them back stage. After the show Jesse threw some of the posters out to the crowd, and kids were getting in huge fights over them, it was a pretty amazing expierence, hanging out with the band, and seeing people fight over my artwork. Lawrence is an awesome place.

Im going to scan in one of the posters and submit it later today, but here is a picture of us and jesse of brand new.

wow, liberty hall. so many years ago, so many bands. i know the bottleneck is still around. what about the outhouse though? still there? between lawrence and kc, they get great bands comin through.

I know the bottleneck is there, i do posters for them. I love the bottleneck, its such a hole, but its just awesome. And liberty hall is lookin great and getting some good shows. There is a place called the Granada, i think, Its south of Liberty Hall on Mass. I havent been to that one.

Lawrence is a great live music town. I love lawrence, i wish i lived there. My mom lives there with my little brother, so i visit a lot, but i still live in texas.

I dont know about the outhouse though, sorry.
