Hey guys - thanks for all the advice and thoughts. I forgot to post back but we did a step test and found that the white mesh required about a 25% less burn time than the higher mesh count yellow...
Ok so burn less and we should be good? Trying now. Thanks friends.
Mesh color is different. 230 screens are yellow - 156 are white.
Does anyone know if a lower mesh count screen requires less of a burn time? We have always used 230 mesh count and switched to 156 for some fabric printing - using the same emulsion as always and...
This is pretty ridiculous. Square has been super good to us, very convenient from the road! We'll hopefully be using the hell out of it next week in Austin :)
Jeremy - do you have the dimensions of the drying rack off-hand? I want to see if we can fit this in our small shit-box printing space. We desperately need a good drying rack. Let me know.
