That is true for posters printed on coated stocks. But for those on rough surfaces, it wouldn't harm the poster.
The posters do have a good concept. Yes, most of the Asian countries cultures prohibit the display of nipples. That's mostly true for those who are of Chinese descent.

And there are a lot of avenues today than it was before. Poster absence in your marketing efforts will not affect you that much. Even a website will do.

A colored version is better, but I can tell you now that the second option you offered is a color blind person's confusion. I'm not even sure exactly what color you used are.
I like the concept, but I think the combination of the blue and red colors here is a bit stressful on the eyes. It makes the text doubly hard to read, actually.
