UPDATE: The films still don't line up. I thought unrolling a bit the roll before loading into the Epson Stylus Pro 7880 was the solution to fix this isse.

I've never changed my Epson profile settings! I simply saved them years ago and I always select the same profile from the menu in the driver options..

Andy: thanks for the tip. I'm pretty sure the microwave can polymerize dyes better than plastisol, because dyes are dissolved in water.
