If you're in Chicago you should look into Screwball Press....I think you can print there for a membership fee. It'll save you a lot of headaches.

I've been using a couple of different blueprint shops and having them print out 20 by 26 vellum seps.......works pretty well. They run about $6-$7 a piece.
Yeah it's new to us, but it was originally recorded during Badmotorfinger then touched up for release.
The studio that made it is titmouse animation in Hollywood. I did some 3d contract work for them this past spring.....they also do the show Metalocalypse. Very cool company.
I'm not absolutely positive but i think the printer needs a pdf to print out my seps on oversized vellum sheets.....hopefully it will work.

I'm trying to convert a jepg that is 19" by 25" and 300dpi to a pdf that is the same size. For some reason, when I convert the jepg, the pdf ends up being approx. 12" by 17" and a higher...
So sorry for your loss.....
I have a recently bought a quart and a gallon and they are both thick. I have to scoop rather than pour it out . But it still seems to work ok.....
