Here you go:
are you using a vacuum table, or any type of adhesive to keep paper to your printing table?
they probably just used the 'roughen' effect in illustrator under Effect>Distort & Transform set at the lowest amount.
While I agree that fake tears and folds can be tacky, so can not paying artist for their work.
reduce your exposure time.
These would last forever but don't have flaps on the top.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Okay, the yellow light on the proximity switch does come when it goes past the metal bracket thingy (proximity flags?) it just doesn't stop there.
M&R Saturn owners:
My rear proximity switch doesn't seem to be reacting correctly and stoping where it should, the squeegee and floodbar go past where I set it to stop by 5 inches... Has anyone...
Why don't you just us a squeegee to liberate the ink from the screen instead of forcing it through with a paint roller?
One piece of advice that I didn't really think about before we started purchasing all semi-auto stuff, was how much large exposure units cost and how difficult to find on the used market they can be.
Wonder what the reserve is set at?
I think you can just sit at you computer with the 3d glasses on and shift the layers around with multiple on until the desired effect is achieved.
You'll need at least a 2-color, 1 station press or you'll ruin a lot of shirts.

Simple, yet effective!
How long did you let your emulsion dry for?
This ought to be fun!
