I'm selling some books because I need free space in my room. I've spent a lot of money for these, but I accept any offer in Euro value. Write me privately!
You've time until the 1st...
these are the cards I've printed in my lab. Illustration by Ailadi: size 16x22cm closed, 3 colors, screenprinted, edition of 64.
I hope you like them:
Great! Now the screenprinting virus is working into you and your arms just want to push and pull! :)
My first 2 colors print was red and black too.
Have a nice day.
It depends by the bags, however the only way I've successed printing these bags was using a wood pallet covered with paper tape and then sprayed a bit with the classic spray glue used when you print...
Oh my..but I think he's still in life.
I agree, it's a good manner to print the artwork in the same direction but at least for my printing size (35x50cm) I've never had that issue until I switched from Windows XP (with CS2) to...
@PedalPrinting: I don't any RIP and I print files directly from Illustrator and YES, I've started to have this bad registration between films when I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7.
Thanks for the tip jonkeefe!
just to inform you I've added the matte black (original) ink on the Epson 7880 to print films and it works perfectly. The ink seems to be more opaque than the photo black.
I dry them after the last color is printed but I use mainly plastisol and it must be polymerized however!
Yes, you've understood well El Roacho. In Italy unlucky the electric power is given for 3 kW, 4.5kW, 6kW and 10kW at 220 volts. More power means industry and is given at 380 volts. Actually I have...
Still here! I've printed about a month ago those tshirts but they need to be polymerized (I haven't a conveyor dryer). I'll ship next week to a friend with a conveyor dryer and when back I'll ship...
Merci to all!
thanks for the reply. But if the error is mechanical and the file was printed 2 times in two different days (considering I remove the roll from the Epson and reload it each time), the...
Are you telling me to draw a very thin perimeter around every "empty" layer/color on the film?
UPDATE: The films still don't line up. I thought unrolling a bit the roll before loading into the Epson Stylus Pro 7880 was the solution to fix this isse.
I've printed a 2 films, say film A1 and...
just to show you something I've just printed on tshirt. I'll print posters too!
I don't believe it's the film thickness, I always use the same film and the same printer profile. I believe is something related to the roll that's finishing, I must unroll a bit of film before...
Actually yes but I'm not so sure I've solved.
thanks for your reply. I was thinking it was a problem related to the Epson movement mechanism but if this is true every part of the film should have registration problem..and...
I contact Andy, thanks!
Update: I installed the new version of the driver and I've printed a small film. This film lines up with the previous "correct" films. I however must try how it ends...
I've never changed my Epson profile settings! I simply saved them years ago and I always select the same profile from the menu in the driver options..
Perhaps a driver problem on Windows 7 (32bit)? On the Epson website I've found a new release of the driver (v6.65) for the Epson Stylus Pro 7880, date 22 November 2012 (Driver e supporto - Epson...
