You can get away with a 2" gutter..but I like more usually at least 4"...welcome tiki man.

If you have a $500000000 set up it might work, I have tried and failed miserably. enamel on glass works real well, good luck.

I just printed a 6"x10" design on a 48"x58" screen..It was awesome...It was a rush job, the screen was coated already. Having a 40" border rules!

Well I printed 4 different inks on plastic (1 color bold design) then vac formed them. Nazdar sb worked ok, TW wb not good, Oneshot enamel never dried right. but plastisol worked awesome??? pretty...

That's a easy screen to burn, wash the crap out of it. Fresh quality emulsion and good exposure are all you need.
