14 gauge wire with ground will be ample for like 10 of those fixtures. Use a threaded 1/2" clamp connector for every hole a wire goes through and the cheapest switch and plug end you can find.

I built mine out of 2X3s and 1/8" ply then coated with fiberglass. Cheap and built to my specs. Add a layer of fiberglass cloth over the back plexi window and bottom for stength.

Waterslide decals sound pretty cool. Is screening these yourself tricky once you have the inks? My parents have a small kiln, and I have a desire to see my artwork on some bootleg bourbon bottles. Do...

Scumming...I like that. Happens to my screens all the time too. I wash out, dry complete, then expose the screen for a minute or so in the sun to lock down anything that was under exposed the first...

Veg oil method works great....makes the black SUPER dark and the white very transparent. Wet 'em down on a piece of glass or sheet metal and paper towel them off a few times. Once you towel them they...

I used the yellow once. It didn't look yellow enough when printed so I mixed a SMALL amount of regular yellow acrylic into it. Now it looks good in the light but doesn't do shit in the dark. Guess...

Yeah, when it's all inked up and you can't see anything, a small adjustment to a screen seems easier done with a couple twists of a knob than trying to move it with a control that allows 360 degree...

I’m shopping for a new press right now…hope to buy it by the end of summer. I like the looks of the Riley Hopkins Win series 8/4. It comes standard with “joystick registration”. This sounds like it...

If you go 16X16...what I use, Know this- They are hotter in the center than on the outer edges. So if you are flashing a big white base, like 14" or 15", it will take a while for the outer edge to be...

PDFs printed 11"X17" on a Xerox are always perfect, so I'm pretty sure things are fine on the file. Sometimes 1 or 2 of the 18"X24"s will match up but it's never the most important ones. (like the...

    Sloppy Positives

When I'm printing 18"X24" positives at my local blueprint shop they are almost always a little off. Usually the horisontal reg marks are spot on, but the vertical marks are up to a 1/4" off. In other...
