I am trying to identify what artist made this print. It was created in 1968 and was framed in NY. I think it was also created in NY. It is printed on a press as it has relier like a letterpress...
OK, so after ages of just setting aside leftovers to sell "later", I am finally getting my online shop in order. I use Wordpress as my CMS and have recently installed WP E-Commerce. It seems...
Sweet process... Hand done letting is always worth the time. Looks so rad.

No, it is just that the measurements that you saw are one of 3 different measurements that I found on that page. When I asked their support which to "trust" they said to trust the PDF and not the...
Anyone here using the Ryonet washout booths? They have two listed, but the details on their dimensions make no sense. The KDL is 32 wide and the KDXL is 36 wide yet both PDFs say that only 23"x31"...
Yup, it is ridiculous...but that's the way we do.
Oh, and one way or another... Armageddon will have them.
My band is releasing a 5" record and I am printing the art included in 2 limited versions:
1) 250 that include a singed/numbered print based on Side A (Menace of the Universe)
2) 250 that include a...
I got the double whammy jackpot! They used a poster that I did for my own band's show when we played with Dead Meadow. I like that they just left the cover charge and date and all that...too funny.

You are SMRT! I wish I did that...my back was killing me after all that drillin'.
After struggling with a couple screens' reclaiming for no apparent reason ... I decided to go down the block to the carwash and try that out. HOLY CRAP! This is like 10x better than what I have seen...
Oh man I hope this prints well... This process thread rules. Extra credit for animated gifs.
I tried mixing about 30 percent Golden Gloss Gel Medium with some Speedball red but it did not alter the shininess at all. It was more translucent though...and dried a tad quicker.
FWIW, I just heard from the folks at Ryonet. They contacted AWT (makers of the hinge) and they got me a replacement. SWEET!
Oh, here are my films stacked, looking for reg errors. NOPE! none here....

I made a swell printing table a while...
OK, so I know that I just did a Process thread last month but I had a lot of fun with this one and thought that I would show what went into it as well as exposing some of my Photoshop color sep...
I have done a bunch of silver Speedball in 230 mesh and it worked great. i suppose it may be better at lower counts but I mean...the prints were definitely silver. Have you tried mixing your silver...
FWIW I wound up mixing some Jacquard black in with my SB black. I admit that I did not like how thick the mix was for printing but the result was really nice. It is a little glossier than the regular...
I typically mix together all kinds of stuff to make the ink do what I like, but I would love to add gloss to the Speedball black. i know that there are loers and haters of speedball here, especially...
Hero's website is on it's own web server, no? You could host the wordpress blog on your own server and be off the wordpress servers. I host a few wordpress blogs off of one server space and it works...
You were in the FEZ?! There is no way that there are THREE Providence peeps here on this thread. Are you from PVD?
How did I miss this thread all this time? So cool. I hope to someday do a HoF poster.
As for your Burgandy/Black conundrum, I could have seen it as a super dark burgandy...this way you get the pop...
Heh heh... that Priest LP is Hero, Hero. I got that mostly for completionism and the rad album art. It is sort of a collection of older songs on their original label but with new (1981) mixes of some...
Hey there-
Long time listener, first time caller.
I thought that I would take a little time to show the process for the new Dead Meadow poster that I did for their gig in Providence this week,...
What type of ink did you wind up using in the end...and is was it permanent?
I am guessing you didn't use any plastisol type ink as it would need to be heated to cure and that would warp the...
