    Angle - don't flop it over
    if the top two points are done properly, the ink will print and clear.
    it sounds like you are not clearing the ink well...

    best to front clamp blocks on either side if you want to get the screen dropping with minimal movement. Even one block is better if the screen has a slight tension against it.

    cool! at some point you will want harder tabs, the tape will eventually get bent by the paper on long runs. Other than that excellent DIY operation.

    Will change because of stock, mesh, squeegee sharpness, thinning, or lack of mixing. It will change over the course of a print run as the ink thickens....
