The results of printing white first and then each of the spot colors in halftone will be brighter white highlights. Printing the white halftone on top will skew each of those colors towards the color printed underneath.

If you are printing on black shirts your more than liekly going to have to print white first anyway.

everyone is right except you fabio, sorry.

print white under (you can skip the white on the white shirts unless you really want to make the halftones pop) then print the spot colors with the highlights knocked out.

i hope that was english-y enough...

Just fucking stop it. Get a job in a print shop and learn from people who know what the fuck they're doing. You're way over your $20 bucks for premium answer limit.

We can't give you a clue. Go get a job and learn if this is what you want to do.

Print the white first. It'll keep your colors from interacting w/ the black shirt. You'll never get anything 'perfect' w/ screenprinting on shirts...just close enough. White first. All shops do it that way.

If you need it to be super tight then print white background, the four spot and a white highlighter on top. (6)
If it just has to be o.k. acceptable, print white with the highlight knocked out on the spots. (5)

Please ignore me, or do not enter in the Screenprinting section.

    Thanks.
