I just cleaned a few screens and noticed that the screen is beginning to "de-laminate" from the wooden frame. It hasn't gotten too bad yet. What should I put on the screen/frame to re-glue it in those spots?

80 grit sandpaper, right guys?
what are you cleaning your screens with? Under almost all circumstances that should not happen. I would return them if I were you. buy your screens from http://www.midwestsignandscreen.com, they are really good, I have some t-shirt ones I've been using for 10 yers now.
I am cleaning them with emulsion remover, and then simple green.
I use a "fingernail" brush and a sponge with a scrubber side (the yellow and green kind.)
This is how I was told to clean them....but this is from the same guy who told me to burn an image on a QTX coated screen for only 45-60 seconds under 500w....
Great![]()
that shouldn't happen using those cleaning materials. I would return them and get better ones.
ya..I was just looking at midwest...
i will probably give them a call today!
Thanks
Teier screens are really good. A lot of people here use midwest for all thier supplies. I do, to the tune of about $80,000 per year, I love midwest.Originally Posted by newseamus
