Default Can you silk screen posters with house paint?

Hey all,

I'm fairly new to silk screening and have been using Nazdar 9700 inks. Even shelling out a bit more ($60/quart) for PMS matched colors isn't always giving me the color I want

I'm pulling through a pretty fine, 230 mesh screen for posters and was wondering if you can print with a high-quality house paint. Mainly because they can match ANY color from a sample and it's conveniently half the price.

pros/cons?

thanks in advance,

Love your Andrew Bird poster, Brandon.

You can print with house paint, search the forums with the drop down tab up at the top right of the screen. Be ready for trial and error though.

Güten Lück!
