true...i hoped it wouldn't have to come to that...
try adding a little white to it.
It won't affect the color much at all.

i'm gonna try the white, and double-hit as last resort...thanks dudes..
More open mesh can help as well.
Process colors tend to be on the transparent side so use other colors to mix. If you're using TW then you can add the concentrated version of the color.
Matte colors are slightly more opaque than their glossy counterparts.
max opaque hit>dry>hit again.
there are other ways to get more ink down, including rounded squeegee and thicker stencil coat on coarse mesh. the problem is your detail goes to hell.
I'm gonna try a double hit on my next poster which is on black paper with white and gold inks, I'm a little concerned about the registration and the image looking blurred.
Some inks are made more transperent than others right out ofthe can.
Adding a little white will work and to get more down you can also use more
open mesh. Sometimes I will coat my screen real heavy and let them dry then
do it again 2 or 3 times so you a thicker stencil (emulsion) which will lay down more ink.

Had occasion to test this recently when it mattered.
Yellow on black paper, and I couldn't add too much white because it would have made the yellow go all pastel...
Huge difference between twice wet, and hit-dry-hit. No comparison. Hit-dry-hit looked like a million bucks.

"Every single Crosshair poster I've ever seen is almost exactly the same. Do these guys even have a bit of creativity in them? I mean, come one - shitty old building pics photoshopped with text over them. Pretty pathetic to say the least."
