Default D-Haze Issues

Picked up a bottle of Franmar D-Haze gel, followed the instructions, blasted out my screen, still have this:

I'm not having issues with the discoloration of hte screen, but we are having issues with the previous images coming through on different jobs.

Any ideas of what could fix this? Franmar doesn't seem to do the trick.

Just try leaving it on longer; like all day. Works for me.
It doesn't work as quickly as they say it does, but it works.

I use Image Technology 750 haze and degrease combo. Longer it stays the more it takes off - although I have some stains that just won't go away. this ain't your mother's envirosafe shit - it will burn your skin on contact.

anybody remember Pregan paste....I still have scars

Best is of course to clean your screens right after use, before the inks dye the mesh.

we clean imediately after back to a clean screen, degreasing as well. I think since these runs were close to 1000, the mesh got thick with ink in those areas. This was all on a semiauto.

it's incredibly slight, but still frustrating.

We had this stuff at school that is similar to what you are describing. The plastic bucket had sealed shut from age, and i was trying to open it, with gloves on. Pushed too hard on the lid, and my hand went to the bottom of the bucket, sending this goop all up my arm, down my back and into my pants.

Closed the print room door and hopped in the washout booth. Had my self a screenprinter's shower.

Stuff left my skin red, thank good ness i got it off when i did.

did i ever tell you the story of my retarded screenprinter?

He was printing and had ink on his hands.

had to go pee, so he whipped into the can.

got ink on his dick

decided to clean it off with laquer thinner....

Yeah, be careful with hazeremover and any chems - eyeprotection is a must, eyewash station, and lots of water closeby

I don't even bother showing rookies how to dehaze in most courses, they are too stupid to get it sometimes they must be really deliberate with the brush - always they want to slop the stuff all over.

Not that one. (this guy's last name was Stone, he provided many instructive moments during my earlier experiments with corporate growth and dealing with employees. Probably the worst employee ever, and I had a few classics. If I ever write a novel, it will take place in a screenshop. Too many stories, and the cast of characters is better than any hollywood sitcom.)

I did get my balls crested at summer camp. don't try that at home.

the franmar d-haze will remove the ink's color but not much else. they'll let you return it for a full refund. they make great emulsion remover, though.
