Default Printing Metallic Stripes

Can anyone suggest a simple solution to printing a silver metallic 1/4" full bleed strip at the bottom of 8.5" x 11" sheets? I don't have a printing studio and I need to do like 50 of them.

a cardstock template and one of those bitchin' metallic ink/paint pens. that would probably not curl as much as spray paint, give you more control over the ink flow and not show paint strokes as much as hand painting metallic ink/paint.
