Default I just found an Epson 3000 in the garbage...

And it freakin works. The power cord was cut off right at the machine, i spliced a new one on and low and behold it prints. Needs a print head cleaning, but other than that it seems sound. I am so stoked right now, we have been looking at printers for a couple months.

holy CRAP.

i have a love/hate relationship with the free HP 2800 that i inherited from an office that never used it. i've been eyeballing and comparing Epson hardcore for a couple of weeks now too. but...sheesh...to find an Epson, a print that likes Macs.

Gosh.

I've got an epson 1280. It hates me, I hate it, but that's how we work.

I am getting a HP design jet 130 in a few days. Does anyone use a hp plotter for transparencies? If so where do you pick up the rolls?
