Hi,
after have read the book of Andy "Screenprinting Today - The basics" is a good choice to buy a copy of "How to print T-shirts for fun and profit!" by Scott O. Fresener?

it's a bit outdated, it covers t-shirts pretty well. It's a good starting point

It's best if you want to make a business out of printing shirts. It covers the business side much more than the process side.
