Greetings from sunny Lisbon! (Thats Portugal by the way...)

I run a screen print shop doing mostly band merch (aka the living hell) and somehow ended up being busy doing last minute rush orders for the past 8 years (everyone who prints merch for bands knows what I'm talking about, somehow they always decide on their orders 10 hours before leaving on tour...) and completely neglecting my illustration and design work all the while, the reason I set up the shop in the first place.

I've been checking gigposters and the forums for ages really bummed I never could find the time to print my own stuff so last week I literally snapped and decided to blow it all off and go back to what I really like to do, draw and actually enjoy printing again for a change. Kind of a early new years resolution thing...

With that said, just wanted to say hi to everyone! Process thread coming soon!

Hi!

I started screen printing in the hopes of getting my name and ugly mug in HOW magazine--you know, just to promote myself as a designer. Same thing here-I've only been doing it a few months but I feel like it's ALL I'm doing now. I think I'll take off Jan. and Feb. and concentrate on my own stuff.
