Ink squeezed onto paper using a oversized windshield wiper through a fine mesh (silk) screen very inexpensively... the number of posters and colors limited only by how much time, skill or strength you might have at any given time.

Go here:

http://www.sfal.com/printing.htm

It's the old art lab site. It has a flash animation that explains rthe process. Simple but effective.

hope this helps.

http://www.nazdar.com is the supply company and for more info on printing go to http://www.screenweb.com. you should be able to get a lot of info and questions answered on that site. Also check the screenprinting 101 thread on these boards. I have several vendors listed in my posts.

http://www.usscreen.com/ is also a good source, though it mainly deals in T-shirt printing.
