Inks for printing on CDs?

WB that sticks would rule. do you ever use the additive for plastic or vinyl?

I'm going to be doing this soon, and would like to know where I can purchase some of the TW 5000 series waterbased ink. Do I need to go through twgraphics or should I be able to find it at an art supply/print shop?
