I want to start experimenting with printing process colors and halftones. I've done a dozen or so print jobs with just flat colors, so I've got the basics down. I've tried searching for the old threads with tips on this stuff, but I have either not found what I was looking for or was confused by the advice.
Here's the details: I have 230 line screens. I remember the stuff about ellipses and 10-40 lpi halftone conversions and printing YMCK. I'm (obviously) printing on paper. So what angles should I set my halftone seps to for the process colors? Thanks guys. Love you fo-evs. PS Whoever redid the interface, nice job. The forums could use a tad bit of work (the user name area on each post seems huge), but otherwise it looks great. |

They can't all be at the same angle, right?

C = 52
M = 82 Y&K (and any other spot halftones) = 22
