Default How to print vinyl stickers???

O.K. I tried to print vinyl stickers using Inktech GP ink @ school, and made a huge mess! The ink dried super quick (I could use a thinner to slow that), but the ink also dried to the screen and wouldn't wash out...maybe I need some kind of wahout agent.
Does anyone know of an ink that is well suited for vinyl stickers? I saw some people recomend Nazdar 2700, does this wash out with just water?
Any tips are greatly appreciated![/b]

I let someone else do it.

Maybe this guy could answer some questions too.

www.vgkids.com is also a good sticker printer. They're good folks and will probably answer some of your questions too.

Is that where the Squad19 shirts were printed?

If so, they're nice.

No, the squad19 t-shirts were printed in house at Fobia.com - a skate shop that we did a few sites for. They have their own line of skatboards iotausa.com. We did work in trade for shirt printing.

This guy can attest to vgkids quality - www.withremote.com - I think he may have had shirts printed by them. I've only used them for stickers so far.

When printing with vinyl inks you gotta use a retarder.

OK I'm making shit up. I just wanted to say retarder.

i use nazdar 9700 inks, paired with the compatible retarder (80% ink, 20% retarder - runny, but works). i use chromatech pl, which isn't made for stickers but it's cheaper than having two emulsions stocked. i print through a 230 dyed yellow mesh, onto a 4mil 27x38 sheet of vinyl that most supply houses stock and i clean the screens with citru-gest which is a citrus based biodegradable mineral spirits. works great for me.
