Didn't read this carefully out of laziness but if your ink is too thin (possibly due to too much water) it'll give you an orange peel appearance. This can also make you line fuzzy due to the ink bleeding around you image area.

Alright guys I took all this shit into consideration, with much thanks as well. I found that thinning too much only makes it worse so I had to find a happy medium with water thinning at least. Near the end of my first color i notice the slight ghosting was only happing in the middle of the screen. I had trouble getting the transparency with the second color as I'm not sure what in the hell the difference is between acrylic extender base and transparent extender base (I used mostly acrylic extender). I ended up getting the right opacity but was kinda stuck with an odd ink consistency on the paper. Well at any rate here's some pics of the poster. thanks again.
