for reclaiming? yeah, after the emulsion is removed, powerwash, scrub with dishsoap, spray down again with water.

I've found, at least with our setup, degreasing is not needed. I so so improvement between a degreased screen and an undegreased screen.
Side note: has anyone ever tried printing with liquid soaps?
There's one that I use that is a really sweet transparent red, and I always think it would be sweet if I could find an ink that color. I assume that after a couple of passes it might get too sudsy, but on the plus side if it dries in the screen it would wash right out, and the prints would smell terrific.
