Like squeege3 we dont degrease. When we did we would use dawn ulano degreaser or dishsoap mixed 50/50 with water if we ran out of our regular stuff.

I just 409 new screens not after reclaiming. I didn't 409 a new screen once and the emulsion washed out with the stencil.
Dawn, just a little, in a spray bottle filled with water. We degrease every time we clean our screens.

Hmmm, everyone says dishsoap and here I am using Simple Green. I thought I read that was the go-to degreaser at some point. Could that be why I'm getting small holes during washout (I would call them soft holes, way bigger than pin holes but the edges taper off smoothly, they're probably about 1-2 mm radius)?
