mmmmm....the biggest you can make screens for would be more appropriate.

but take a look first at who it is supposed to serve/what they are doing. One big table and 10 people in a class with a bunch of small screens does not compute.

Bottom flange if they are fixed tables, side slot if they are removable 'rabbit' style. You know there are pics in premium for building?

At our school we are greatly helped that we can shoot 2 25x36 screens at the same time. Granted there are about 60 students using the exposure system in a given semester.

I checked the premium section, and I guess what I was most curious about was the switch setup which we've already addressed. I think now I'm pretty much building your rabbit tables to spec. There might be a mod here or there depending on if they want to go a more permanent route or not. I think 8 tables are in the cards total, but I'm not entirely sure. I'll let you know how it all shakes out and post plenty of pics of the build.

Thanks again for all the advice. It's put my mind at ease about building these little bastards.

What about about using a normally on microswitch? It would sort of work like the rocker switch only that it would just have to touch the frame when it reached the top of its movement.

my one arm table has a hose hook up under the table that is on a rail...it's connected by a rope to the bar with the squeegee arm attachment. so that when the screen is down the hose is in the right place and when the screen goes up the the hose hook up gets out of the way. it all works with a pully and spring system to make the whole thing work...
