What are the best poster/paper inks out there?

Been screen printing shirts for 17 years now and looking to getting into some poster printing. What are the best inks out there and who are the distributors? Thanks.

If you can take the odor and VOCs, Nazdar 5500 series cant be beat. IMHO

We'd like to think that our water-based inks are hard to beat. High performance, low toxicity.

Interesting. $107 for a gallon of black and $133 for a gallon of opaque white seems a bit spendy to me, but i've never tried this stuff. I'm always into testing new blacks and whites. I seem to remember a thread a while back where someone said the opaques worked really well on dark stock. Anyone on here tried this stuff recently? About a year ago and a half ago I gave the Jacquard pro inks a try. They printed like butter but were way to glossy for my liking and the prints remain slightly tacky to this day.

Funny, I just came across you guys in a search for something else and decided to check you out. I think it's your premium line that are supposed to work well with paper right? I couldn't seem to find out what mesh was recommended or much else other than the colors iirc.

Yup, just checked and only found the only suggestions for mesh are for the non premium inks. The premium had better go through something finer than 110TPI.

The best paper is FREE paper! I am always hitting up where I work for off cuts and scrap.

permaprint makes awesome stuff...but yeah, pretty spendy

I dunno, not too far off from 9700 price. I would at least give it a try. If I had more info that is, or a sample at least.
