It's got so much UV output that YOUR SCREENS ARE BURNED BEFORE YOU EVEN TURN IT ON.

You'll burn your eyes out.
The brightest lamp does not necessarily burn the best screen.
So this begs the question, you got the bulb, have you got the fixture? 8kw will require a good circuit.
Wear cotton gloves before you install it, and for fuck sakes make sure the fixture is unplugged.
What are these from?
Installing these types of bulbs will make you hungry. A good bulb installation power food is potato chips, the greasier the better.
