    this is your problem. it has nothing to do with the stencil.

    Ouch. Second layer exposure went ten times worse but for a variety of reasons I think I can figure out myself. I won't bore you all with the details this time.

    Thanks for all the tips though - I've always struggled to find any kind of guidance on screen-printing before now. And my word I need it!

    Is the emulsion 100% dry (all the way through) when you expose?

    I think so.

    I think that's part of where I went wrong earlier today on the second layer.
