t-shirt sexy time

anyone gots some jib on t-shirt printing? I am looking to run a few tees but only have done posters up to this point. Whats best way? planning on using my 110 screen mounted to my workspace and print on a shirt that has been stretched. Is there such a thing as a t-shirt stretch board? and does each shirt need to be registered individually or is there a way to set up a guide so that i can register one and print the rest. (basicaly is what contraption do i need when printing on shirts so that i can print on each shirt in the approximate same location. Stretch boards or something? please help me I am just a dumb monkey trying to make a few shirts for a change.

MearlH, do a search on the tshirtforums.com message boards, there are a lot of threads discussing this over there. And I know you built that exposure box, so maybe you can build this too.

When I first started printing shirts I cut out about a dozen boards with rounded corners, cut to shirt size, out of hardboard. They fit up into the shirts, and gave them a little stretch, but not too much, you don't want to distort the image.

I registered, imprecisely, with mylar.

Heat set the ink using an iron.

It took forever, but all in all the shirts came out pretty good.
