need ink suggestions

I have been playing around with printing for about 1 year and just got turned on to your site last night.

I have been using jacquard ink, and it works great until i run a color on top of another color. I am getting a weird texture on the spots that were hit with 2 colors (one color printed on top of another)

I have no problem spending money on good ink if it will make a difference.

I have also been wondering about how thick the ink should be when printing. Seems like each color comes at a different consistency or thickness

welcome to the site - you should look for your answer in the other threads on the subject before starting another one; this has been discussed and discussed over and over, recently.

1. Click 'more' from the thread headings on the front page, then 'screenprinting', then read through the titles to find a thread on your subject.

2. Use the 'advanced search' box up in the right side. put in your keywords, hit it, and you will see all the threads that have that info.

i have tried searching for just the word "ink" and i cant get it to return any results. my first time ever attempting to use a forum of any kind. i read through tons of post on the screenprinting forum and i have not found my exact answer
