Any reccomendations for a WB Textile ink that will cure in the dryer? Does that even exist? I searched around a bit and got some mention of it being possible, but no specific brands came up.

cure in the dryer...most will, some better than others, depends on the dryer, WB likes airflow
TAL by TW, International Coatings, Matsui, Permaset, even Speedball Fabric
Union, & Versatex (Jaquard) as well, but I'm not recommending them over Andy's suggestions. It's trickier to get a WB textile ink to cure without a dryer than with one, that's why you can get a catalyst for most of them. We used to ad the catalyst AND run them thru the dryer. The only problem we ever had was getting colored inks to stick to a white base when printing on darks.
Can't over cure the underbase (short flash time, just so it is slightly dry on top layer,) and then you have to fully cure both inks in a proper dryer. We had a real problem with Matsui (they were trying to cure both colours with a flash) but once run through a dryer, it stuck real good.
catalyst is a good idea if you are unsure of your cure, but if you are doing this as a job, test your system, then cut the shirt up in strips and wash and dry the strips to see how they hold up.
You can throw the strips in over a bunch of washes and see how bad it fades or holds compared to the original unwashed strip.
Excellent thanks fellas.
Where do you find the TAL by TW Graphics? I can't seem to find anything about it on their website.
Nazdar 9500 cures pretty easy. You can also add catalyst for air dry.
ASk re the TW TAL. My dealer here has it.
