Trying to find an outlet timer

I'm trying to find a product to place between a wall outlet and my exposure lights, so I can simply dial 40 in and then have the lights turn off automatically after four minutes. I've been just setting a timer on my phone, but with it only being four minutes, I can't really get anything done while it's going on because I don't want to get far away. I've looked at those lamp timers, but don't want to set an 'on' and 'off' time and continuously readjust it. Just a little countdown timer is what I'd like. Searching Google and these forums didn't turn anything up, but I have to think this exists...

Timers that measure seconds are quite difficult to find but exist. You should contact electrical distributors or people that work with electricity and ask for them.

Look on craigslist or ebay for a GraLab darkroom timer. I put a digital one in the exposure unit I built, but you can use a regular one just as easily.

Yeah, those GraLab's are awesomr. I see them in schools all the time. Considering stealing one the next chance I get, darkrooms/b&w photography have been fading in a lot of places.

Yeah, these are easy to find and for cheap as there are a lot of darkrooms that get boxed up or sold when people lose focus.

i snagged my GraLab timer on Ebay, $25. There are tons on there all of the time and they count minutes and seconds and can shut the exposure light off for you too.
